Central Coast Council has adopted its draft Land Transaction Policy, following its public exhibition from August 13 to September 11.
This policy replaced the former equivalent policies of Gosford and Wyong Councils.
The policy aimed to inform decisions about the Council’s property portfolio and ensure they were applied in a consistent manner.
It also aimed to update policy guidelines to current best property and land management practices.
